Dick and Carol care deeply about kids with unique backgrounds. For the past 20 years, they have been working closely with Friends of Boundary Waters Wilderness to establish a Canoe Trip Project. This initiative has sent hundreds of kids from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds on week-long canoe trips into the Boundary Waters.

​

Now they are extending their legacy to support music education for kids with Autism and ADHD. They are a couple with great integrity and heartfelt generosity.
